For what purpose do we process your data?

At JustLoading®, we process your data in accordance with current personal data protection regulations, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), manually and/or automatically for the following purposes:

• To manage and develop registration on the WEBSITE. Registration will involve profiling the user's browsing activity on the WEBSITE. This profiling consists of using the customer’s personal data and browsing information, such as products viewed or added to the cart, sections of the WEBSITE visited, and location, in order to evaluate their preferences and/or personal interests with the aim of offering content, offers, services, and products suited to their profile.
• To manage and process online purchases. We use the customer’s personal information to process and deliver their order, and to inform them by email and/or SMS about the status of their order.
• To respond to inquiries, questions, or any requests made by the user through the Just Loading® WEBSITE, using any of the available contact methods.
• To send offers, promotions, gifts, giveaways, and valuable news via email, app, postal mail, telephone, and/or SMS, subject to prior consent and unless otherwise indicated or unless the user objects or withdraws their consent. These communications will be made by Just Loading®, and will relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom agreements have been reached. Sending this information will involve user profiling, consisting of using personal data, purchase history where applicable, and browsing information on the WEBSITE to evaluate certain aspects.
• To manage the alert service for when a specific product becomes available on the WEBSITE.
• To comply with legally established obligations.
• Data submitted through https://www.justloading.com/ or CVs sent through other means will be processed for recruitment purposes and to maintain communication with the candidate.

The content of communications, as well as products or services, will be personalized according to the customer’s interests. You can manage communications from the My Account section.

We use Connectif for web behavior analysis and audience segmentation in order to offer personalized content and offers. This processing is based on your consent and is carried out under a data processing agreement that guarantees its security.

What type of information do we collect?

Just Loading® may collect the following personal information from users through the corresponding forms on its WEBSITE: name, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, and credit card details (PAN+CVV2) in compliance with PCI DSS standards, or bank account number (provided by the customer in case of refunds), when the user visits the WEBSITE, registers, places an online order, contacts EosNutriSolutions®, subscribes to the blog, sends inquiries, and/or participates in promotions or giveaways. In addition, Just Loading® collects all information related to browsing activity on the WEBSITE and interaction with the brand. All personal data collected by Just Loading® comes from the data subject, except for contact data that may be provided to us by friends or family members through: – Purchases or other website services – Referral program

How long do we keep your data?

Just Loading® will retain your data for the duration of the established contractual/commercial relationship and while there is a mutual interest, and subsequently for the legally established periods for resolving any liabilities arising from it. If you request the deletion of your data, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data pseudonymization or complete destruction. Data related to payments and invoicing will be retained for the periods established in the applicable accounting and tax regulations.

What legitimizes us to process your data?

Performance of the contract The legal basis for processing the personal data collected from the data subject is the performance of the sales contract. In this regard, the data subject is obliged to provide the data necessary for its execution. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to complete the purchase. Legal obligations The management and issuance of sales invoices are based on the legal obligation of Just Loading® in its relationship with customers. Consent Regarding the following purposes, the legal basis for processing the data subject’s personal data will be their consent, provided it has been granted: – Management of registration on the WEBSITE – Management of subscription to our newsletter, submission of the contact form, any type of inquiry through available means, or submission of a CV. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject who voluntarily subscribes. – Management of the product availability alert service on the WEBSITE. – Response to the exercise of ARCO rights, inquiries, and complaints by the data subject. – Management of sending information about exclusive promotions, latest news, and personalized information adapted to the data subject’s profile. Withdrawal of consent for these processing activities by the data subject will not affect the performance of the sales contract concluded between the data subject and Just Loading®. Legitimate interest Regarding the following purposes, the legal basis for processing the data subject’s personal data will be the legitimate interest of Just Loading®: – Profiling through browsing activity on the WEBSITE by a registered user, as well as by all users who have provided us with their data for any other purpose. – Profiling for sending information about exclusive promotions, latest news, and personalized information adapted to the data subject’s profile. – Sending satisfaction surveys regarding products purchased or services used by Just Loading® customers in order to request their opinion and improve them. Our legitimate interest is to ensure that our WEBSITE remains secure, as well as to help Just Loading® understand users’ needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels and therefore improve services, products, and brands. All these actions are carried out with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and ensuring a unique browsing and shopping experience.

To which recipients may we disclose the data?

Just Loading® does not sell customer data to third parties under any circumstances. Your contact data may be shared with companies and suppliers that provide services to Just Loading® (transport companies for shipment management, tax advisors for tax processing, banks and financial institutions for payment processing, server and database hosting companies for online communication processing, and agencies for advertising purposes). All of them have regulated access to this data exclusively for the purposes described herein. Public Administrations and Agencies when required by tax, labor, Social Security, or any other applicable regulations. Your data will be disclosed when necessary for compliance with the established contractual relationship and in legally provided cases. International data transfers to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area are not expected, including countries that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

How does Just Loading protect personal data?

The WEBSITE uses information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data and ensuring its confidentiality. To achieve these purposes, the user accepts that Just Loading® may obtain data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of access controls. Additionally, any transaction carried out through the WEBSITE is conducted through secure payment systems. Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding entity. Just Loading® states that it has adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration, and/or access by unauthorized third parties.

• Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Just Loading® is processing personal data concerning you, as well as to access the personal data held by Just Loading® about you.
• Right to rectification: You have the right to request that Just Loading® correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete data.
• Right to erasure/right to be forgotten: You may request the deletion of personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Right to restriction: You have the right to request restriction of processing, in which case we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
• Right to data portability: You have the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller when processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means.
• Right to object: You may object to the processing of personal data based on the public or legitimate interest pursued by Just Loading®, including profiling. In such a case, Just Loading® will stop processing the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
• Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
