What makes this cream different from other cocoa and hazelnut creams on the market?
The first difference is that our cream does not contain processed oils like palm oil, which is present in many commercially available creams.
On the other hand, we have replaced refined sugar with the sweet and natural flavor of dates. Pure natural pleasure!
Sweeten with dates or with refined sugar?
Why choose an artificial and harmful sweetener when there is an equally tasty and nutritious alternative?
Dates serve the same purpose in any recipe while providing numerous essential nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Can those intolerant to fructose consume this product?
You should keep in mind that it contains dates, which are fruits high in fructose. In these cases, we always recommend consulting with a professional if you have any doubts.
Is the cocoa, hazelnut, and date cream good for children?
We highly recommend it! It’s a healthy and naturally delicious option for the breakfasts and snacks of the little ones (and not-so-little ones)!
How to use cocoa and hazelnut cream in recipes?
Spoonfuls alone are already a perfect plan! But if you want to go further, you can also use it in a ton of delicious and healthy recipes. Simple recipes like spreading it on toast and adding fruits or as a topping for smoothies or coffees, or more complex ones like cookies, cakes, muffins, energy bars, ice creams...
How to store Cocoa and Hazelnut cream?
We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can put it in the fridge, but it’s perfect for spreading at room temperature.
How long does Cocoa and Hazelnut cream? last once opened?
If you have the willpower to not finish the jar in less than a week, you should know that it can last several months if stored properly.
Why does an oil layer appear on top?
Don't worry! It's completely normal for a thin layer of oil to appear on top of the cream due to phase separation. This is a consequence of using a single ingredient. To enjoy our hazelnut cream, you just need to stir it well before consuming!
Your new ally in the kitchen!
We recommend spreading, mixing, adding, filling, decorating, or enjoying by the spoonful!
