Shipping and Returns

What's the shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the Peninsula and Portugal for purchases over €20! For orders below that amount, you can choose between two shipping options:

  • Shipping via Correos Express (24-72 hours): €2.80
  • Shipping via Nacex (24-48 hours): €4.90

If your order exceeds €20 and you want it delivered within 24-48 hours, you can choose express shipping with Nacex for €2.10.

What are the shipping costs to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?

Shipping to the Balearic Islands:

  • For purchases under €60: shipping cost is €8.99
  • For purchases between €60 and €100: shipping cost is €4.50
  • For purchases over €100: FREE shipping.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla*:

  • For purchases under €60: shipping cost is €9.99
  • For purchases between €60 and €100: shipping cost is €5.50
  • For purchases over €100: FREE shipping.

*Note: If the order is held at customs in the Canary Islands, delivery may be delayed by 24 hours, and customs fees, including the DUA (€4), will be paid by the customer.

Note: For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, customs fees (€24.50) will be paid by the customer.

When will my order arrive?
  • For orders with delivery to the Peninsula, the package will arrive within 24-48 hours if you choose Nacex, and within 24-72 hours for deliveries via Correos Express.
  • Orders with delivery to the Balearic Islands will arrive within 72 hours.
  • Orders with delivery to the Canary Islands will arrive within 7-14 days.
  • Orders with delivery to Ceuta and Melilla will be received within 48-72 hours.


All estimated transit times are in business days after the order has been prepared.

*** These delivery times may be affected during sales periods, promotions, special date campaigns, extraordinary circumstances, supplier delays, or any issues with the logistics operator in charge of the delivery.

Can I track my order online?

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email with your order number and invoice. Additionally, we will provide you with the tracking code from the shipping company. So you can keep an eye on it every step of the way! ♥

What payment methods can I use?

We accept online payments via credit card, bank transfer, Bizum, and PayPal, always through a secure payment platform.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

That's right! If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact Customer Service. You can also modify your delivery address if needed.

Can I return my order?

No problem! Once you receive your order, you can request a return for one, several, or all of the products included.

It’s as simple as contacting our Customer Service via email at: info@justloading.com, or by calling +34 691779386. Our customer service hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The return will be processed within 14 calendar days. It is essential that all the products you wish to return are in perfect condition, and that you include the invoice or proof of purchase with your return request.

I received my order incomplete. How can I fix it?

If you notice something is missing from your order upon receiving it, please send an email to our Customer Service at info@justloading.com, attaching the following:

  • Invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Photos of the received order.

About our products

Do you offer allergen-free products?

We offer gluten-free and lactose-free products. All of our energy gels are allergen-free, and you'll find a wide range of gluten-free bars. On each product page, you'll find detailed allergen information!

Do your products contain palm oil?

They don't contain palm oil now, and they never have. We care about your health as much as we care about the environment.

Where should I store your products?

Our entire product range is designed to be stored at room temperature. Simply keep it in a cool, dry place away from light. No complications.

What is the expiration date of your Just Loading products?

It depends on the product! Our bars have a best-before date of 1 year from the manufacturing date, while powdered products have a shelf life of up to 18 months.

How many levels does the loyalty program have?

Our loyalty program has 3 levels. When you sign up, we welcome you with JustBasic. Once you've spent €150, you level up to JustPro, and if you surpass the goals, you become a true JustGold.
