New isn't always right for you
New JustLoading products, and how to judge them
JustLoading's new products are the latest additions to the catalog, from every family. The list gathers what has just come in, so you can see at a glance what's changed since your last order. To decide, look at the same things as with any other product: grams per serving and whether that dose reaches the authorized claim.

Where to start by goal
If you already know what you're after, the family shows you every option, including the ones that have been in the catalog for a while.
Strength and muscle mass
If you train for strength, new releases land in creatine and protein. The bar is the usual one: creatine's authorized claim, on performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, calls for 3 grams daily, and protein's claim on muscle mass requires the product to be at least a source of protein.
Sessions over an hour
For long outings, the launch that matters is in gels and hydration. What decides is the carbohydrate and the sodium in each serving.
Eating between meals
If you're after a snack, check bars and snacks and nut butters. To compare one launch with another, look at the grams of protein and sugars per unit.
By workout timing
If you shop around your session, go through sports supplementation, which sorts the catalog into before, during, and after. There you can compare each launch with the other options for that same point in your workout.
The three types of launch
Before you buy, identify what kind of launch you're looking at: that decides whether it actually gives you anything.
Changes how it's taken
New format
A new format keeps the same active ingredient and changes how you take it: from powder to gummy, from gel to chewable. It's worth it if the old format didn't sit well or was awkward to carry. If the one you use works fine, it gives you nothing.
Might change something
New ingredient
A new ingredient is the only case where the result can actually change. What to check is whether it has an authorized claim and at what dose, because plenty of trending ingredients carry no approved claim in the EU.
Whether you finish it
New flavor
A new flavor doesn't touch the formula, and it's still the most useful kind of launch for a lot of people: the supplement you finish is the one that tastes good to you. What you're buying is adherence: the composition is the same.
What to check before buying a new launch
Four label checks that don't depend on the launch date.
Grams per serving
It's the fact that decides the most and changes the least with new launches. A serving below what the claim requires leaves the product with nothing to claim, however recent the pack is.
Whether the ingredient has a claim
It's what separates an innovation from a slogan. Authorized claims have fixed wording and a minimum dose; if the label talks about benefits in its own words and gives no figure, there's no claim behind it.
How many servings the pack holds
A new format can change both the pack size and the serving size. Divide the contents by the serving on the label to know how many servings you really get, and compare that with your usual product.
Whether it replaces or adds
Many launches are variants of something you already take. If they cover the same function, the sensible move is to swap one for the other. Taking both doubles up the same active ingredient and raises the cost of every serving.
Tip: compare each new-in item with what you already take, not with the rest of the new arrivals. Note the grams per serving of your usual product and check just that number: if the launch doesn't match it or solve a tolerance or flavor problem for you, you don't need it.
New In FAQ
What's in the new-in category?
The products most recently added to JustLoading's catalog, from every family mixed together: bars, protein, creatine, gels, or nut butters. What they share is their arrival date, so what you find here has nothing in common beyond being recent.
Does a new product have the same allergens as the previous version?
Not necessarily. A new flavor or format can use different ingredients and, with them, different allergens or traces. Before ordering it, check the ingredient list and allergens on its product page, even if you already take the previous version of the same product: that page is the only reliable source for that specific item.
Do new products come with a launch discount?
Sometimes. When a launch has a special price, you'll see it flagged in the listing and on its product page, with the discount next to the price; if nothing is shown, it sells at its regular price. To compare it with what you already take, look at the price per gram of the ingredient you care about, not just the price of the pack.
How do I know if a new product is a real change or just a flavor?
Compare the ingredients list with the equivalent product that already existed. If they match and only the flavoring changes, it's a flavor variant. If an ingredient shows up that wasn't there before, check whether it has an authorized claim and at what dose: that's where the real difference is.
Can a new product promise more than an older one?
No. The health claims authorized in the EU are the same for every product, with the same dose conditions, whether it launched today or ten years ago. If a new product promises something the rest of its family can't, be wary.
Does a new product replace the one that already existed?
Not necessarily. Most launches expand the range with a flavor, a format or a product that didn't exist before, and the earlier one stays in its family as long as it's part of the catalog. If the launch does the same job as something you already take, compare them by serving and keep the one you prefer, rather than adding both.
Is it better to browse by new-in or by product family?
By family, almost always. New in only shows you what's landed recently, so you miss the rest of the catalog. Come here when you want to see what's new, and go to creatine, protein, or gels once you know what you need and want to compare every option.
How often do new products come in?
The list changes every time a product is added to the catalog, with no fixed schedule. That's why this page doesn't describe specific products: what's new today stops being new once others arrive. If you're after something specific, it's more reliable to go by its family than to wait and check here.
