INGREDIENTES

JustLoading* cocoa, hazelnut and date cream60 g
Pitted dates50-80 g
Almond flour 100 g
Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Cdas
Melted coconut oil 1 Cda
Vanilla essence1 Cda
Salt1 pizca

Instructions for making healthy brownies:

  1. Preheat the oven: Set the temperature to 180°C and prepare a baking tin with baking paper.

  2. Mash the dates: Mash the dates with a little hot water to form a smooth paste.

  3. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the date paste with the JustLoading cocoa, hazelnut and date cream, cocoa powder, vanilla essence and pinch of salt.

  4. Add the almond flour: Add the almond flour to the mixture and stir well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check with a toothpick if it is cooked in the centre.
  6. Let cool: Let the brownies cool before cutting them into portions.
