Recipe: Banana and Oat Cookies

We can't make the return to routine easier, but we can make it tastier. Here's an idea for a quick and always healthy snack.

Almendra molida60 g
Nibs de cacao60 g
Crema de almendraAl gusto

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat from both top and bottom.
  2. Peel and chop the bananas. Mash them with a fork until you get a puree. Add the ground almonds and salt. Mix well, then add the oats. Mix again until everything is well integrated into the puree.
  3. Add the cacao nibs and mix well. Reserve some nibs for decoration.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray. Use portions of dough to shape the cookies and place them on the paper. You can use your hands or a spoon to help. Finish decorating by adding touches of almond cream and a few extra nibs for a prettier look.
