Apple porridge with peanut powder

Mondays are not easy, but we leave you a super recipe so that in less than 15 minutes, you can see it with different eyes and an extra boost of energy. Prepare your peanut powder and your 100% sesame cream - JustLoading Tahini, and let's get to work.

Sesame Cream - Tahini1 teaspoon
Peanut Powder EOS1 teaspoon
Oats6 tablespoons
Apple2 units
Ground Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom (optional)1 pinch
WalnutsTo taste

Preparation

  1. Heat one and a half cups of milk or plant-based drink. We recommend using the maximum heat.
  2. Once it starts to steam, lower the temperature and add 7 tablespoons of oats.
  3. Let it thicken.
  4. Meanwhile, peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
  5. When it has thickened, divide the porridge into cups and place the apple cubes on top.
  6. Stir well and enjoy. EOS TIPS: Add walnuts for a crunchy touch.
