Preparation
- Heat one and a half cups of milk or plant-based drink. We recommend using the maximum heat.
- Once it starts to steam, lower the temperature and add 7 tablespoons of oats.
- Let it thicken.
- Meanwhile, peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
- When it has thickened, divide the porridge into cups and place the apple cubes on top.
- Stir well and enjoy. EOS TIPS: Add walnuts for a crunchy touch.
