Ingredients for the recipe

IngredientQuantity
Gluten-free oat flour120 g
Organic eggs1 pc
Semi-skimmed milk or oat drink120 ml
Baking powder1 tbsp
Date paste1 tbsp
Almond cream1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the almond cream, which will be our topping) in the same bowl and blend.
  2. It's important to have a large non-stick pan for this recipe. Set the pan on medium heat.
  3. Add the batter to the pan (for fluffier pancakes, make sure to add a good amount of batter for each pancake) and wait until bubbles start to form on top, and the edges become firmer. Remember to use a pan large enough to easily flip the pancake.
  4. A tip is to make different-sized pancakes so you can stack them like in the picture.
  5. Finally, plate the pancakes and add the topping: in this case, a generous spoonful of 100% almond cream and some fresh berries.
