Healthy Ferreros: A Healthy Recipe for Christmas
If you're a fan of the classic Ferrero Rocher chocolates but are looking for a healthier alternative, this recipe is perfect for you. These healthy Ferreros are ideal for Christmas or any time of the year when you want to indulge without guilt.
INGREDIENTES
| JustLoading* cocoa, hazelnut and date cream | 60 g |
| Cooked chickpea | 200 g |
| Chocolate 85% | 1 tablet |
| Chopped almonds | 1 handful |
| Honey or agave syrup | 1 cda |
Instructions:
Prepare the Dates: If the dates are dry, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Then, drain them well.
Process the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the dates, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla essence, and salt. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous and manageable mixture.
Form the Balls: With your hands, take small portions of the mixture and form balls of the desired size. If you wish, you can place a whole hazelnut in the center of each ball to mimic the traditional Ferrero Rocher.
Coat the Balls: Roll each ball in crushed hazelnuts or grated coconut to give them a crunchy texture and enhance their flavor.
Refrigerate: Place the Ferreros in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour so they firm up and the flavors meld.
Tips:
- You can store these healthy Ferreros in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- If you prefer a sweeter touch, you can add a little honey or agave syrup to the mixture.
- Experiment with different coatings, such as cocoa powder or finely chopped nuts, to vary the flavors and textures.
Enjoy these delicious and healthy Ferreros during the Christmas season or whenever you crave a sweet and nutritious snack!
