Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat from both top and bottom.
- Peel and chop the bananas. Mash them with a fork until you get a puree. Add the ground almonds and salt. Mix well, then add the oats. Mix again until everything is well integrated into the puree.
- Add the cacao nibs and mix well. Reserve some nibs for decoration.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray. Use portions of dough to shape the cookies and place them on the paper. You can use your hands or a spoon to help. Finish decorating by adding touches of almond cream and a few extra nibs for a prettier look.
