Preparation

  1. Place the chickpeas, almond butter, date paste, and flour in a food processor. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
  3. Transfer to a mold and refrigerate. If you want the topping, melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour it over. Add some raspberry salt flakes and return it to the fridge.
  4. This recipe makes 10 bars, and each one has approximately 130 kcal, with 7.4g of carbs, 4.2g of protein, and 8.7g of fat.
