Recipe: Brownie with Pistachio Cream

With this recipe, you'll surprise your whole family with a delicious and healthy brownie with pistachio cream. Perfect for any occasion and ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

Pistachio and peanuts Cream1 tbsp
Date Paste1 tbsp
Ripe Banana1 unit
Almond Flour1 small cup
Egg1 unit
Plant-based Milk100 ml
Cocoa Powder2 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana to make a puree.
  2. Add the beaten egg to the banana puree.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Be careful! It's hard to resist the pistachio cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold.
  5. Bake for 1-2 minutes. Done! For the topping, melt 95% dark chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
