Step by Step Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the oat flour, baking powder, and sweetener. Mix well until smooth.

  5. Pour the batter into the muffin liners, filling them up to ¾ full.
