Preparation: How to make hummus.
This recipe is really easy to make:
- In a powerful blender (preferably a jar blender), add the cooked and drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, and the juice of half a lemon. Blend until you get a smooth paste without lumps.
- Add the tahini to the mixture, and blend again until all ingredients are well combined.
- Place the hummus in a bowl and sprinkle with pimentón de la Vera and another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (AOVE) for decoration.
