👨🍳 Preparation
- Blend all ingredients (except the chocolate) until you get a smooth cream. Adjust the plant-based milk according to the desired texture.
- Line a mold with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, creating a layer about 2 cm thick.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until the mixture solidifies.
- Remove from the mold and cut into small portions. Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
- Dip the truffles in the melted chocolate and place them on a tray with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until the chocolate hardens.
