🍬 Chocolate and Pistachio Truffles 🍬

Healthy sweetener30 g
Plant-based milk20 ml
Coconut milk200 g
Pistachio and peanuts cream5 tbsp
Coconut oil4 tbsp
Dark chocolate100 g

👨‍🍳 Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the chocolate) until you get a smooth cream. Adjust the plant-based milk according to the desired texture.
  2. Line a mold with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, creating a layer about 2 cm thick.
  3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until the mixture solidifies.
  4. Remove from the mold and cut into small portions. Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  5. Dip the truffles in the melted chocolate and place them on a tray with parchment paper.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours until the chocolate hardens.
