Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
- Mix the hazelnut cream, eggs, EVOO, and powdered date.
- Add half of the flour and continue mixing.
- Once you have a smooth batter, add the rest of the flour and plant-based milk.
- Distribute the batter into molds and bake at 170ºC for 20 minutes.
