100% Hazelnut CreamTo taste
Gluten-Free Flour150 g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)80 ml
Plant-Based Milk60 ml
Powdered Date65 g
Baking Powder1 tbsp
Eggs3 units

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
  2. Mix the hazelnut cream, eggs, EVOO, and powdered date.
  3. Add half of the flour and continue mixing.
  4. Once you have a smooth batter, add the rest of the flour and plant-based milk.
  5. Distribute the batter into molds and bake at 170ºC for 20 minutes.
