Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Fill the cavities of a silicone mold (or any other mold you have at home in any shape) making sure to cover all the sides well.
  2. Remove the excess chocolate by turning the mold upside down over a plate and refrigerating for 5 minutes so it solidifies.
  3. Once it has solidified, take the mold out of the fridge and add a bit of nut cream inside each cavity. Then, add the chopped nuts, followed by a little more nut cream, and finish off with chocolate.
  4. Use a knife to smooth out the surface of each bar to remove any excess chocolate and make it as smooth as possible. Set it aside in the fridge to solidify, then remove from the mold and enjoy!
